The Challenge:

The construction sector is a competitive market place where reputation and respect are key to success. Having experienced huge levels of growth in their first 4 years, Colmore Tang wanted to reposition their brand to represent what they stood for today, as well as future-proofing how the business represents itself to customers and staff.

What we did:

 Research, workshops and interviews allowed for a clear direction to position Colmore Tang as the new standard of construction - a brand with personality, collaboration and innovation at its heart. We worked closely with the internal team to develop their internal company culture through an effective and concise set of values, as well as developing the core foundations of the brand through a clear mission statement and brand strapline.

We created a new brand mentality. One where staff, customers, partners and suppliers work together to get the job done to the highest standard. Collaboration, innovation, integrity and honesty are key attributes which influence every aspect of the company. This gives the brand personality and, in turn, sets Colmore Tang apart from their competitors.

We created an identity with familiarity, taking visual influence from the construction industry to develop recognisable graphic elements which help instil trust and reinforce the a knowledge of their sector. A subtle yet effective colour palette was developed to contrast against logos, complimenting and enhancing the brand to ensure Colmore Tang never go unnoticed. A comprehensive set of guidelines were produced to help Colmore Tang's partners bring the brand to life; we also created a number of key communication pieces including emails, stationary and pitch documents.
