We developed a content strategy focusing on the 'Mailbox Life' - which positioned the digital offering as an aspirational development of the brand, one which customers engage with as an extension of their lifestyle. From the latest trends and lust-worthy products to informative interviews and creative photoshoots, every peice of content allows viewers to experience Mailbox before and after visiting.
Our monthly editorial calendars ensure Mailbox always have a voice and customers make regular interactions. Each week the content plan features up-to-the-minute news, exclusive offers, interviews and articles as well as new product and menu launches to keep it relevant.
Our regular content is released weekly across all owned platforms and the brand's social media as well as the Mailbox app which delivers a bi-monthly digital magazine to customers with exclusive articles and offers. All content is used to drive users in-store, generating footfall and spend.
Alongside online articles and social content a bi-weekly e-newsletter is delivered to Mailbox's subscribers showcasing the weeks content, additional news and offers which is also created and designed in-house.
